Hendon Music Project consists on music-making sessions created for young people, aged 11-16, living in the Hendon area of Sunderland. It has been developed in partnership with community organisation Back on the Map and will be taking place at Elliott House weekly from 18th September.
We are returning to Back on the Map’s Elliot House from 18th September with music-making sessions for 11-16 year-olds. Sessions will be taking place every Wednesday (term time) between 16:30-18:00, and will be led by musician Elizabeth Liddle.
Music experience isn’t necessary, whether you want to give playing an instrument a go, or learn how to write a song, we will be on hand to help you!
Sessions are free and you can sign up using this form.
Thanks to Youth Music and The National Lottery Community Fund for funding this project!
